AKTIVA is a technology integrator specialized in smart home automation, building automation and integrated technology ecosystems for homes, businesses and real estate projects in Guatemala and El Salvador.
We were founded in 2006 with one simple belief: well-integrated technology should not get in the way. It should not interrupt. It should not complicate. It should simply make spaces work exactly as they should.
For almost two decades, we have learned that every property has its own logic, its own needs and its own rhythm. That is why we design, specify, install and maintain technology solutions that connect lighting, security, networks, audio, climate, access control and automation into one integrated ecosystem.

When we founded AKTIVA in 2006, smart home automation was seen as a luxury reserved for a few. Our vision was different: we believed integrated technology should be accessible, durable and, above all, human. We did not want to install equipment — we wanted to transform the way people live and work in their spaces.
Almost twenty years later, that belief is still the driving force behind everything we do. We have grown, expanded our presence into El Salvador and worked with homes, businesses, developers and institutions; but the question we ask in every project remains the same: how do we make this space work better for the people who live in it, visit it or operate it?
