Integrated smart home automation for a more comfortable, secure and connected lifestyle

Casa Raskoski is a residential project in Guatemala created for a family that wanted to bring several home technologies together into one integrated platform. The goal was to improve comfort, security, convenience and efficiency throughout the residence through a complete technology ecosystem.

AKTIVA designed a solution capable of connecting audio/video systems, motorized shades, lighting control, surveillance, security and Wi-Fi networking under one centralized, intuitive and reliable experience.

The challenge

The project required the coordination of multiple systems without creating complexity for the user. The residence needed a robust infrastructure capable of supporting smart devices, entertainment, monitoring and automation with stable performance across every area of the home.

It was also essential to integrate the technology harmoniously with the architecture and interior design, working closely with architects, interior designers and other professionals involved in the project.
